Despite all their efforst our css team was unable to overcome Anarchy in their first match, during the first half mainline played on CT side which ended by the score of 8-7 in favor of anarchy. However during the second half the team could not make it through anarchy's defense on CT side by only winning 2 rounds out of 10 which gave anarchy the 8 rounds they needed to win the match

Final score: 16-9 in favor of anarchy

Fighting their way to the Finals!

written by: jdubya
When most teams wrapped up their season in ESEA 4 weeks ago, mLine has continued thru playoffs into round 7 only 3 rounds away from winning it all. The previous four matchups the guys have faced, they were not only predicted to lose but by a large margin. Not paying attention to all the hype the guys stepped into their own and continued to overcome the betting odds dominating their matches thus far.

Halcyon...no not the WOW NPC

Date: 03.05.2010 at 20:46
written by: jdubya
Unfortunately after much discussion with Ja`ke and the former Counter-Strike: Source division both parties have decided to part ways due to lack of dedication, time, and commitment. However, with every Grey cloud there is[break always a silver lining. That lining is team Halcyon who just beat our former team 16:02 in dominating fashion.

With that being said mainLine is proud to announce the acquisition of Halcyon as their new CSS ESEA-Main team.

Roster includes.
USA Brian "Zord" Cooper
USA Ryan "Barrage" Griffith
USA David "Davemayne" Karivalis
Canada Laith "Omnerslasher" Karaki
Canada Derek "Supra" Carruthers
USA Zach "Zgilbert" Gilbert.

The team states that they are excited and ready to prove themselves as a force to be reckoned with throughout this ESEA season and look forward to the challenges ahead.

MNM: Caught in our mouse trap.

mainLine Gaming has been known to house many of the top tier teams, an some of the greatest individual players in many many games. With the release of our old Counter-Strike: Source team we found ourselves in unfamiliar territory without a signature Source team.

Days after news past of mLine.css being released we received literally dozens of requests to fill their shoes and represent the organization in Online Leagues as well as major LAN events. With so many talented teams interested, we took a good week to sit back and do some research of our own. As the dust settled, there was one clear choice for us. To bring in Mug-n-Mouse's very own Counter-Strike: Source team.

Out of 21 matches the team has put up an impressive 14 notches in the win column for ESEA and shut out No Common Sense in CEVO Thermaltake em Down tournament 16 to 2 on de_nuke after we started Terrorist.

mLine releases CS:S team.

Date: 02.03.2010 at 20:09
written by: jdubya
It is with great sadness that today we announce the release of our Counter-Strike: Source line up. The mainLine Gaming team has been facing many changes in the last few months, making it impossible to create a stable line up for the future, and poor performances online.

Although it may not have worked out with the line up, mainLine Gaming would like to thank Spyder, Monster and Freakazoid for their time with us. Many friendships have been built, and we can only wish them the best of luck in the future, wherever it may bring them.

However with sadness comes joy. The silver lining to this ever dark cloud is that it is now YOUR shot to be apart of one of the top North American eSports entities. We are looking for a team to come fill those shoes left behind in top competitive play. Hotel rooms, League Fees, Servers, Jerseys, Gaming peripherals ans so much more are provided. Any inquiries please contact jdubya in irc or reply under this post for further interviews.

New ESEA CS:Source Map, de_cache

Date: 27.02.2010 at 18:15
written by: jdubya
Following the release of the ESEA mapping project's first map, de_lite for CS 1.6, we received numerous requests from members of the CS:Source community asking for a new map to help revitalize the scene. Those requests did not fall on deaf ears and today it is our pleasure to announce that a new map, titled de_cache, is in production and is currently moving toward a "PUG beta testing" stage.

The other bit of exciting news related to this map is that it has been created by one of the legends of CS still active in the community today: Sal "Volcano" Garozzo of Team3D (3DNY) fame. Sal began working on the map in November and is working to finalize it before community release.

Make sure you go to eSportsEA.com to read the full article, check the screenshots and more!
